支払いのタイミングは？
入居時に契約期間の総額を現金にてお支払ください。
賃貸期間の5日前までに次月のお支払いをお願いします。
電気代の支払い・ガスの交換・飲料水の補充は？
セミセルフ方式になります。電気代はプリペイドカードを
購入してパスワードを入力。
ガス・飲料水は管理受付時間内は、配達が可能です。
配達時にお支払いをお願いします。管理受付時間外は、
ご自分で購入して頂くこととなります。
※ 警察への届け出のためパスポートコピーを頂きます。
※ 電気代は家賃に含まれておりません。
